Lead dental clinic operations in Iqaluit as the Resource Equipment Management Coordinator. This full time role focuses on the lifecycle management of equipment and comprehensive maintenance strategies.
Reporting to the Manager of Nunavut Dental Clinics, your expertise will support 30 clinics in various communities. You will conduct site assessments, manage inspections, and coordinate inventory audits to ensure compliance and functionality in facility requirements. Regular interaction with community and regional coordinators is essential for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee equipment inventory and lifecycle management
• Perform regular inspections of dental clinics
• Report on facility needs and user inventories
• Collaborate with health and dental community coordinators
• Implement effective procurement processes
Requirements:
• Health-related diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 2 years in facility management roles
• Experience in northern or rural health settings
• Knowledge of Inuit culture and languages is a plus
• Requires a satisfactory Criminal Record Check
