Deliver compassionate patient care as a Health Care Aide in Claresholm at the Willow Creek Continuing Care Centre. Provide daily living assistance and support to residents in a friendly community workplace.
This Health Care Aide role is critical in the short-term and ongoing patient care team. You will work closely with Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses, assisting with routine care and activities of daily living. Your responsibilities also include ensuring patient comfort and safety in a supportive multidisciplinary workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities

Requirements:
• Active registration or eligibility with CLHA as a Health Care Aide
