This full-time role focuses on client service and business retention within the Non-Standard Service Team. You will advise clients, conduct needs assessments, and process renewals efficiently. Your ability to manage multiple priorities will enhance our customer-driven setting, while your strong analytical skills will contribute to discerning solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service ongoing client needs and insurance inquiries
• Sell new policies to existing and new clients
• Quote new business and retain existing books of business




• Prepare documentation and applications for insurers
• Actively participate in training and community marketing initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-year experience in Personal Insurance preferred
• RIBO License or willingness to obtain
• Solid focus on customer service excellence
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
