Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure comprehensive personal care (ADLs) for each veteran
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Address complex medical conditions with expertise
• Guide patient care as a primary nursing provider
• Facilitate conflict resolution and communicate effectively
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with current Ontario Registration
• Certified in B.C.L.S. and coursework in GPA or PEICES beneficial
• Experience in dialysis and oncology care preferred
• Excellent assessment and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with airway management and central venous catheters
