About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP and Head of Disclosure to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the strategy to integrate regulatory and customer transparency into the product ecosystem. This includes ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and trust of stakeholders. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to build automated disclosure tools, reporting dashboards, and governance frameworks. The VP and Head of Disclosure will also have leadership responsibilities, including scaling teams and fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in disclosure, regulatory reporting,



or compliance-driven product leadership, with a proven track record of embedding regulatory requirements into technology platforms and product roadmaps. Deep knowledge of disclosure governance frameworks and transparency standards is essential. The role requires a robust collaborator who can translate legal and regulatory needs into scalable product features, as well as a strategic thinker with robust analytical, risk management, and stakeholder influence skills. Leadership experience in quick-paced, regulated, or data-centric environments is also a key qualification. A preferred qualification is an advanced degree or governance certification.
