Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all customer inquiries through various communication channels
• Schedule appointments accommodating the dealership and customers’ needs
• Enter detailed customer information into dealership systems




• Foster relationships to elevate service department revenues
• Consistently meet management’s set goals and objectives
Requirements:
• Proven background with 1–2 years in service roles
• 2 years experience in call centers or telemarketing
• Prior experience in automotive service operations is an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Additional languages such as Farsi, Hindu, Cantonese/Mandarin, or Russian are a bonus
