Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment and staffing processes for the team

• Develop and implement client-focused care processes

Requirements:
• Degree in Health Care discipline, Master’s preferred
• One year of healthcare leadership experience
• Five years of relevant clinical practice
• Experience in supervisory roles in a unionized environment
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportation
