This full time, 6-month contract position targets candidates with a strong legal background, particularly in regulatory and enforcement matters. You will engage directly with investigators and litigation professionals, handling evidence management and court documentation. Your meticulous attention and legal acumen will play a vital role in addressing complex issues in a quick-paced legal setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support investigations through evidence review and legal research
• Prepare and manage court documents including motions and affidavits




• Organize and manage electronic disclosure using eDiscovery tools
• Provide litigation support during hearings and trials
• Liaise with stakeholders to maintain accurate files
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Law Clerk
• Completion of a Law Clerk program and ILCO membership
• Knowledge of eDiscovery software
• Familiarity with Ontario securities legislation
• Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills
