Your responsibilities will encompass leading quality initiatives, risk assessments, and stakeholder engagement. With at least five years of leadership experience, you will drive significant improvements in healthcare service delivery and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee quality improvement and safety initiatives
• Conduct patient safety incident investigations
• Analyze trends for enhanced healthcare quality
• Facilitate accreditation readiness across teams
• Educate staff on best practices in quality care
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
• Five years of experience in patient safety leadership
• Robust background in quality accreditation processes
• Proven abilities in data management and analysis
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
