With at least five years in maintenance, engineering, or production, you will coach teams on Lean principles while implementing sustainable improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help align processes and promote a culture of accountability and quality.

Key Responsibilities:



• Identify and implement continuous improvement programs • Conduct assessments to enhance efficiency and productivity • Coach teams on Lean methodologies and best practices • Develop project plans to support operational excellence • Lead capital projects and optimize facility assets
