We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst skilled in building bridges between business stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you will document requirements through stakeholder engagement and translate them into functional specifications that support scalable, compliant solutions. A key focus on Quality Assurance will be essential as you assist in the design and execution of Archer applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit and document business requirements via workshops and interviews
• Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications




• Support design and configuration of Archer applications
• Develop and execute test cases aligned to business requirements
• Partner with teams to define test strategy and validate functionality
Requirements:
• 3–7+ years of Business Analyst experience in Archer
• Solid stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation skills
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience in QA activities, including test planning
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance processes
