Reporting to the Controller, you will manage a portfolio of 3+ construction and development projects. With a focus on financial oversight, you will prepare monthly proformas, facilitate bank draws, and inform project managers of budget overages. This position also involves preparing cash flow projections and supporting tax filings and financial reporting in compliance with ASPE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain monthly forecasts and budgets
• Liaise with Project QS for ongoing reporting




• Manage bank draw information and communications
• Prepare cash calls and resolve billing discrepancies
• Support month-end financial statements and audits
Requirements:
• Pursuing or hold a CPA designation
• 5+ years of project accounting experience
• Experience in construction or development accounting
• Solid Excel skills and familiarity with Yardi
• Mentorship experience with junior accountants
