Job Title: Oracle Fusion Project Manager

Location: Remote but requires travel to client location (Milestone travel)

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Responsibilities
Manage implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM projects.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution.
Define and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, and engagement profitability.
Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
Manage customer expectations and monitor scope creep.
Ensure scope changes are clearly called out, agreed upon, and adjusted against the timeline.
Identify dependencies between stakeholder groups to ensure alignment, risk mitigation, and communication.
Report progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor and internal teams; escalate issues as needed and initiate corrective actions.




Perform resource management, utilization, planning, estimation, release, and risk management.
Work with stakeholders to monitor workstream progress for successful go-live.
Monitor and report on project budget.
Travel to client sites as required.
Collaborate with a global team to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.
