• Assist clients with mobility and daily living needs

• Document client care accurately and thoroughly
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Requirements:
• Current registration with CLPNA required
• Experience in providing palliative and wound care
• Own vehicle for client transportation
• Proficiency in English; other languages are advantageous
• Solid self-management and leadership abilities
