We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Estimator with experience in the commercial sector. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating project requirements and estimating costs to support a diverse range of clients.

Prepare accurate cost estimates using estimation software.
Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
Create and present detailed proposals to clients, outlining project scope and timelines.
Maintain a database of materials to improve estimating accuracy.




Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
Journeyman certification in HVAC, Sheet Metal, or Plumbing is required.
Familiarity with building management systems is a plus.
