About The Role

Our ideal Client Care/Receptionist builds positive client relationships through genuine care and compassion. Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking‑in clients in a friendly and warm manner.
Answering incoming calls with a courteous and caring approach, screening calls, booking appointments, taking detailed messages, and providing non‑medical information.
Performing administrative tasks such as mail handling, drafting memos, and completing reports.




Maintaining accurate client records and assisting with walk‑in services from 8 am – 10 am.
Covering emergency call shifts every 6 weeks.
