In the Client Services role at CHATS, you’ll focus on empowering clients to manage clutter and enhance their home settings. Your responsibilities will include executing tailored care plans, helping clients sort and eliminate unnecessary items, and making crucial connections to community resources. Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution will be key in fostering positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in decluttering and organizing living spaces
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Aid with cleaning and removal of small possessions




• Conduct services both virtually and onsite
• Liaise with clients to access necessary community support
Requirements:
• Social Service or Community Service diploma required
• Direct experience with mental health clients preferred
• Knowledge of local York Region resources necessary
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle needed
• First Aid certification is a must
