Key Responsibilities:
• Support sourcing and acquisition of diverse real estate investments
• Build financial models in Excel and Argus for analysis




• Coordinate due diligence for investment projects
• Prepare investment recommendations for stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and property performance metrics
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in investment management or related field
