Business Systems Analyst – Murex Reporting (Capital Markets)

Location: Toronto, ON

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements for Murex reporting and data extraction.
Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Liaise between business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams.
Perform data mapping, impact analysis, and requirement traceability.
Support SIT/UAT, defect management, and reporting validation.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and Agile project delivery.

Required Skills:
7+ years of Business Analysis experience in Capital Markets or Financial Services.
Hands-on experience with Murex Reporting, Murex DataMart, or WSS ION .




Robust knowledge of reporting, data extraction, data mapping, and data lineage.
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
Experience with SIT/UAT , defect tracking, vendor coordination, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:
Knowledge of Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Finance, or Regulatory Reporting.
Experience with reporting migration, transformation, or rationalization initiatives.
