The CDI is seeking an Assistant Supervisor for a 15-month maternity leave contract. You will assist in operations at the Windermere and Parkdale Early Learning Centres, focusing on compliance, staff supervision, and creating a joyful learning space. Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Director with operational oversight and staffing
• Spearhead AQI processes and quality improvement measures
• Maintain compliance with Ministry and City regulations




• Facilitate program changes and staff support initiatives
• Ensure a protected and enriching workplace for children
Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education diploma/degree and positive standing with the College
• Hands-on childcare experience in a leadership role
• Proficiency with AQI framework and related assessments
• Knowledge of current regulatory standards for childcare
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
