As part of the dedicated team at Verve Senior Living, your responsibility is to deliver personalized care that aligns with each resident's individual needs. You will work under the Health & Wellness Manager and engage with residents through meaningful interactions. A background in health care provides a solid foundation for ensuring exemplary care and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emotional and practical support in accordance with residents’ care plans
• Advocate for residents’ rights and foster a respectful living workplace
• Monitor and document physical and emotional changes in residents
• Collaborate with care teams to adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain a secure, clean, and organized living space for each resident
Requirements:
• Certificate from an approved Health Care Aide or PSW program
• Current Emergency First Aid and CPR certification
• Experience with seniors is beneficial
• Solid English communication skills
• Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
