Make a difference with Phoenix Society as a Facilities Technician! This full-time position focuses on implementing maintenance best practices and ensuring a safe setting.
In your role at the Phoenix Center, you will coordinate routine and emergency maintenance while ensuring all facilities meet safety and licensing standards. Your expertise will help create and recommend effective maintenance procedures while engaging with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Liaise effectively with contractors for repair services
• Document and implement maintenance activities
• Manage in office repairs and requests
• Support administrative aspects of facility management
Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion or equivalent is required
• 1 to 3 years of experience in related fields
• Class 5 driver’s license with suitable abstract
• Valid first aid certification with CPR
• Transparent criminal screening for vulnerable sectors
