We are seeking a Temporary full time Payroll and HR Representative to strengthen our Talent Programs team. You'll provide insight into HR policies while managing employee lifecycle data and supporting pay-related provisions, ensuring compliance with collective agreements. This position fosters collaboration across teams to implement evolving HR programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on HR policies and programs
• Maintain integrity of employee data within HRIS
• Manage payroll changes per collective agreements
• Administer pension and perks programs effectively
• Support management in HR-related inquiries
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR, Payroll, or Business
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR/Payroll experience
• Experience with SAP HRIS preferred
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Robust knowledge of collective agreements
