WCB-Alberta seeks an experienced Team Lead for its Project Delivery Office. This position involves strategic oversight of technology initiatives, management of a diverse team, and the development of effective governance processes. The ideal candidate will drive organizational delivery capability and engage with business and technology leaders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Business Systems Planning and technology investment governance
• Develop business cases that align with strategic outcomes




• Provide oversight on portfolio financials and resource constraints
• Coach a multidisciplinary team of Delivery and Project Managers
• Monitor project health, delivery risks, and performance
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Leadership experience in enterprise technology delivery
• Familiarity with portfolio governance and PMO/PDO operations
• Qualified certifications (PMP, PgMP, ITIL) are assets
• Robust partnership and vendor management skills
