This full time, eighteen-month contract position plays a crucial role within the Child and Youth Mental Health team. Seeking self-motivated, innovative professionals, you will address behavioral, social, and emotional needs through various mental health services. Your clinical expertise will support children and their families, fostering a collaborative multi-disciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to youth and families
• Conduct clinical assessments for mental health concerns
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary professional team
• Develop tailored therapeutic plans addressing client needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Eligible for Ontario College registration in relevant disciplines
• Solid clinical skills in children's mental health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
