Key Responsibilities:
• Direct compassionate, person-centered care for clients
• Mentor Addiction Counsellors and clinical staff effectively




• Conduct individual clinical supervision for counseling teams
• Promote inclusive team settings and conflict resolution
• Supervise program metrics for research and improvement
Requirements:
• Registration with a relevant mental health college/association
• Degree in a related field; Master’s level preferred
• 8+ years of direct addiction care experience
• Proven clinical management in treatment settings
• Solid organizational and administrative capabilities
