About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. This role requires a deep understanding of the complexities involved in creating mission-critical financial products, where customer experience, regulatory compliance, security, and reliability are paramount. The successful candidate will lead product management and design, shape AI-powered products,



and ensure that the company's offerings remain at the forefront of innovation in the global payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities for the CPO include leading product innovation, defining the long-term AI product strategy, and identifying opportunities to embed AI throughout the customer journey. The role also involves building and leading world-class product management and design teams, establishing product operating rhythms, and creating a culture centered on customer obsession, accountability, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering products that drive measurable customer and business outcomes, as well as experience in highly regulated settings. Executive leadership skills, including the ability to partner with the CTO and contribute to company-wide strategic planning, are essential.
