Key Responsibilities:
• Restore molds using sanding, grinding, and polishing techniques
• Perform gelcoat repairs and color matching
• Execute structural repairs with resin systems and fiberglass
• Conduct preventative maintenance on mold surfaces
• Document repairs and inspect finished molds for quality
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; preferred additional experience
• Minimum 3 years of related experience; 5+ years preferred
• Solid understanding of composite structures
• Proven ability in detailed mold repair work
