Drive excellence in elderly care education at Canterbury Foundation as a Clinical Educator. Focus on enhancing staff training in Dementia Care and customer service excellence.

As the Clinical Educator and Best Practices Lead, you will report to the Senior Manager of Human Resources and be the go-to expert for training development in both clinical and non-clinical areas. This role emphasizes evaluating and creating training programs to ensure compliance and best practices. You'll champion a culture of education that enriches the caregiving experience for seniors.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support and implement education programs for staff • Coordinate with management on training strategies • Maintain compliance with health service standards • Analyze and report on training effectiveness • Adapt educational content to staff needs

Requirements: • Minimum of two years in a Clinical Education role • Nursing license in positive standing • In-depth knowledge of care standards and laws • Solid communication and relationship-building skills • Experience in project management is advantageous
