The organization has experienced significant growth through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions and serves a diverse client base including high-net-worth families, real estate developers, fintech companies, medical and legal professionals, professional athletes, and not-for-profit organizations.With a team-oriented, fast-paced, and growth-oriented culture, the firm maintains high standards around accuracy, professionalism, and client service while offering strong mentorship and career progression opportunities.What you will achieve in this role:Execute audit and review engagements from planning through completionDevelop engagement programs, including risk assessments and materiality calculationsApply firm audit and accounting methodologies across a variety of client engagementsPrepare corporate, personal, trust, and partnership tax returnsPrepare T4, T5, NR4 information slips, GST/HST, EHT, WSIB, ETD calculations, and related compliance filingsPrepare tax schedules and working papers within CaseWarePrepare financial statements and draft tax returns for diverse client portfoliosDistinguish between compilation and assurance engagements and apply appropriate standardsProvide coaching and mentorship to junior staff membersManage multiple concurrent engagements and deadlines in a fast-moving environmentCollaborate with administration on client onboarding, documentation, and workflow processesMaintain daily timesheets, attend meetings,
