Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
• Maintain therapeutic relationships with residents and families
• Monitor and document residents' health and behavioral changes
• Administer medications and assist in feeding
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide program
• Registration with Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
• Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Physical stamina for demanding tasks
