Responsibilities include managing the PPAP process, conducting thorough inspections, and facilitating problem-solving for quality challenges, particularly during recent model launches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and approve PPAP and warranty reviews
• Conduct Test Incident Report investigations
• Prepare control plans and validation testing
• Coordinate early supplier involvement and feedback
• Ensure adherence to Platform Execution Process (PEP)
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in mechanical quality engineering
• 3-5 years of automotive quality experience
• Preferred CQE certification
• Familiarity with APQP and test planning
• Proficient in quality management systems
