As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner directly with leadership and help build the people strategy that will support our growth.This role reports directly to the CEO and will lead all core HR functions while helping attract, develop, and retain top sales talent.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Sales RecruitingLead recruiting efforts for freight brokers, account executives, and operations staffDevelop strategies to attract high-performing sales talentManage the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboardingBuild scalable hiring processes aligned with company growth goalsSales Team Development & RetentionSupport leadership in building a high-performance sales cultureAssist in designing compensation plans, commission structures,
