• Analyze all Canadian and US change requests for compliance
• Perform necessary calculations for various change requests
• Input and manage data across administrative systems




• Update CRM and related systems with pertinent information
• Assist members and internal customers with inquiries
Requirements:
• Knowledge of Foresters products and systems required
• Solid computer skills, including Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize workload under time constraints
• Commitment to LOMA courses while in the role
