Graham’s Buildings Division is on the lookout for a Senior Estimator to join our agile team. In this role, you will report to the Preconstruction & Estimating Director, using your 10–12 years of experience to prepare detailed estimates and manage the bid process seamlessly. Your insight in risk assessment and mentoring junior estimators will be vital to ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor junior estimators throughout the estimating process
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including labor and equipment
• Assess risks and identify cost-saving strategies




• Manage bid closings with accurate subcontractor scopes
• Develop preliminary construction schedules and scopes
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or related field
• 10–12 years of field and estimating experience
• Advanced proficiency in estimating and scheduling software
• Hard Bid experience preferred in key project types
• Gold Seal Certification and LEED/LEAN experience are assets
