This senior role within the wireless engineering team requires a passionate RF qualified with over a decade of experience optimizing network performance. You will conduct in-depth analyses, drive RAN optimizations, and collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless wireless services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead LTE and 5G optimization projects for improved performance
• Analyze and refine network KPIs to drive results
• Troubleshoot complex radio network performance issues
• Optimize features like handover and carrier aggregation
• Provide recommendations for network enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in wireless optimization
• Proficient in LTE, 5G NR, VoLTE technologies
• Experience with Nokia tools and shared RAN concepts
• Sound knowledge of radio optimization methods
