Full time position
Experience in customer service is an asset
No optical experience required. The person will be trained and coached by our team.
Excellent oral communication skills in French (English not required)
Computer literate (tablet and computer)
Opening and closing the clinic
Greet patients with courtesy and professionalism
Prepare and update patient files




Handle billing and cash receipts
File scanning
Manage and administer patient files
Various administrative tasks in support of various departments
Assist optometrists in managing schedules, follow-ups and documentation
Participate in clinical supplies inventory management

Evening Schedule : Tuesday
