Key Responsibilities:
• Review recent insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements
• Manage customer inquiries via phone, averaging 10 calls daily




• Assist clients with premium calculations and risk assessments
• Support the team with auto and property insurance tasks
Requirements:
• Level 1 License from Alberta Insurance Council; Level 2 preferred
• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web browsing
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable with hybrid work settings
