About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to take on a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency across its diverse portfolio. The successful candidate will be tasked with technology standardization, defining and implementing a cohesive technology stack that ensures the quality of technician work, ease of implementation, and vendor stability. This includes overseeing the selection and optimization of core tooling. The CTO will also be responsible for operational remediation, identifying and addressing technical inefficiencies, and will play a key role in stakeholder management, particularly in navigating resistance to technology mandates. A data-driven approach to negotiations and a focus on team leadership, including the management of the corporate technical team,



are essential.

The ideal CTO for the company will be a mid-to-late career professional with a background in the MSP industry, particularly one who has experience as an MSP CEO. Resilience, high emotional intelligence, and a solid execution focus are crucial, as is the ability to lead with a communication style that is adaptable yet firm. The role demands a leader who is adept at providing actionable insights through efficiency analytics and is capable of developing and implementing BI-driven metrics.
