Job Overview

Our vision is to deliver quick, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting‑edge technology. Salary range: $21,35 - $23,18.

Core Duties
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance, enforce secure working methods, conduct safety audits, respond to emergencies, lead truck unloading ensuring team efficiency and safety measures.
Leadership & Team Support: Motivate and lead sorters, mentor package handlers, coach warehouse associates, train new hires, respond quickly to changes, forward special cases to supervisors, perform tasks assigned by supervisors.
Operations & Workflow Management: Support supervision of sorting, scanning,



and processing packages including defective items and returns; set up sorting layout; assist with sorting packages and envelopes; assign labour and manage workforce deployment; perform data entry.
Shipping & Receiving: Unload trailers, verify freight against manifests, unload and load pallets, handle driver credentials, BOL exchange, secure docking.
Warehouse Organization: Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization. Other duties as assigned.
