Job Summary

Rockport Commercial Inc. is looking for a dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist with site preparation, concrete placement, and finishing work on residential and/or commercial projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a solid commitment to safety.

Responsibilities
Perform layout work according to project plans and measurements
Set and align concrete forms to proper grade and specifications
Tie and secure rebar as required
Set up and dismantle scaffolding
Prepare job sites for concrete pours (grading, compacting, material staging)
Assist with pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete
Operate hand and power tools safely
Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and job sites




Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors

Qualifications
Previous construction or concrete experience preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions year round
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Valid class 5 driver’s license and vehicle is required (Ability to provide drivers abstract)
