We are looking for a friendly, organized, and guest-focused Reservations & Sales Agent to join our team for the upcoming season. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, helping them plan meaningful experiences, and guiding them through the booking process with care and confidence. You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests — answering inquiries, recommending the right tour options, managing reservations, and ensuring every detail is handled smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing
Reservations & Sales
Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with reservations
Respond to guest emails, messages, and inquiries in a qualified and timely manner
Provide accurate information about all tours and experiences
Create, modify, and manage bookings using our reservation system
Send pre-tour communications and confirmations to guests
Verify guest details, waivers, and pickup information
Respond to guest messages on social media platforms
Handle general administrative tasks related to tour operations
