You'll play an essential role in optimizing processes, mentoring students, and engaging in transformative talent management projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the administration of student recruitment and assessments
• Manage associate onboarding and recruitment coordination
• Initiate law school outreach and event planning efforts
• Support creative talent program initiatives
• Provide administrative assistance to the national PG&M; team
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in talent management or HR role
• Background in recruitment or program administration
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Excellent interpersonal and project management abilities
• Proficiency with technology in HR solutions
