AgeCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) committed to enhancing the lives of seniors. Your role involves working collaboratively with the care team and maintaining accurate assessments and care plans. You will implement and evaluate care strategies, ensuring that residents receive the best possible support and attention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams daily
• Conduct resident assessments and document care plans
• Implement and assess care plans, making adjustments as needed
• Educate residents and families about care plans
• Manage medications and respond to medical emergencies
Requirements:
• Current registration as an LPN in British Columbia
• Experience in senior or long-term care is preferred
• Proficiency in electronic documentation
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Willingness to undergo a Vulnerable Sector Check
