Key Responsibilities:
• Perform and interpret diagnostic specimen tests
• Release results while ensuring patient confidentiality
• Support lab staff with technical guidance




• Engage in audits and improvement initiatives
• Maintain appropriate inventory of laboratory supplies
Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree in Medical Laboratory Science
• At least 5 years of relevant MLT experience
• CMLTO registration in good standing
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
