Role Description

This full‑time, on‑site Licensed Massage Therapist role is based at our South Calgary, AB location. The Licensed Massage Therapist will provide a range of therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments, following client intake assessments and wellness goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting professional massage sessions, maintaining high standards of hygiene and room preparation, and documenting treatment plans and client progress. The role also involves educating clients on stress management techniques, recommending appropriate services,



and collaborating with team members to ensure a consistent and positive spa experience. The therapist will uphold clinic policies, support a respectful and inclusive environment, and contribute to a culture of care and professionalism.

Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in therapeutic massage techniques, with proficiency in body massage for relaxation and wellness.
Experience or training in Shiatsu or similar modalities that support holistic and restorative treatments.
Skills in stress management approaches to help clients reduce tension and improve overall well‑being.
Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a client‑centered approach.
Valid Massage Therapy license or registration in Alberta, with completion of an approved massage therapy program.
Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and maintaining a protected, inclusive, and respectful environment for all clients.
Ability to work flexible schedule, stand for extended periods, and manage a steady schedule of appointments.
Previous experience in a spa or wellness clinic is an asset, along with an interest in ongoing professional development.
