Support the Eglinton Crosstown project as a CAD Technician at TRP, specializing in 3D modeling and drawing creation. Utilize Revit and Civil 3D for subway system infrastructure.
This position requires developing and maintaining 3D BIM models and 2D drawings, translating complex engineering designs into usable digital formats. You'll work closely with engineering teams, ensuring project components meet rigorous BIM standards and collaborating on project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop 3D BIM models for civil infrastructure projects
• Produce comprehensive drawings including layouts and cross sections
• Manage data extraction and quantities from BIM models
• Translate survey data into detailed model documentation
• Organize project files within Autodesk Construction Cloud
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology
• Experience as a CAD Technician or BIM Modeler (up to 2 years)
• Robust proficiency in Revit and Civil 3D tools
• Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred
• Excellent detail orientation and communication skills
