Our manufacturing team seeks a skilled troubleshooter to analyze, repair, and enhance our PCBA processes. In this critical role, you'll collaborate with various engineering functions and focus on improving product quality. Your contributions will be essential in driving continuous improvements and operational excellence across our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and ensure PCBA product quality aligned with IPC standards
• Troubleshoot defective PCBAs and suggest corrective measures
• Track failure modes to recommend preventative approaches




• Work with engineering to enhance manufacturing processes
• Accurately interpret technical documentation and schematics
Requirements:
• Certificate or Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in electronics
• Advanced soldering skills and familiarity with IPC standards
• Solid knowledge of troubleshooting electronic components
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience preferred
