Fraser Health is looking for a skilled Casual Dietitian to serve clients in Home Health and Primary Care. In this role, you'll provide nutrition assessments, facilitate health education sessions, and create individualized care plans. Collaborating with an extensive healthcare team, you will ensure optimal nutrition programs are accessible to clients and family members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nutritional assessment and education during home visits
• Support staff with nutrition-related client consultations




• Develop shared care plans with healthcare teams
• Advocate for client health through counseling
• Keep clinical records and resources current
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics and internship completion
• Two years' experience in community nutrition
• Membership with the College of Dietitians of BC
• Valid BC Driver's Licence
• Solid skills in assessment and communication
