In this role, you shall be the primary resource for technical support, oversee onboarding, and handle procurement while ensuring systems security and reliability across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop IT processes and systems for the project
• Manage device provisioning and user access
• Administer enterprise platforms like Microsoft 365




• Address service desk requests promptly
• Maintain cybersecurity measures across IT infrastructure
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Significant IT experience managing operations
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, networking, and virtualization
• Knowledge of ITIL and service desk management
• Bilingual English and French will be an asset
